The menus are relatively clear, in French, rather well thought out and intuitive. I was not too difficult to get by without reading the manual, which is pretty good for someone who never touched a reflex of his life. In general, the noise is relatively even mastered ISO 1600, see 3200, but the settings of 6 400 and 12 800 will be used only in extreme emergencies. Speed
The 500D has a shutter speed to 3.4 img per second burst. Once again, we will rarely tease these speeds, and as often, we find it still too slow) But it's not just the speed of shot that plays! In general, the device has a very good responsiveness. It lights up very quickly: I personally always put out between 2 shots, the power is almost instant. Similarly, autofocus, in the way ‘standard' is very fast (but I will).
Autofocus
